Vendor needs to provide privacy management system.
- Fulfill its commitment to responsibly manage and protect its constituents Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
- Demonstrate compliance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations, donor obligations and its Responsible Data Values and Principles.
- Reduce and mitigate its privacy risks
- General Requirements
- Provide quote for the technology system and services that will support CRS with the implementation of its Privacy Management Program
- Describe and document the implementation approach of their Privacy Management System
- Demonstrate their privacy management system/products/services/solutions
- Present their company’s experience and qualifications in provisioning privacy management services
- Provide references and history for the implementation and delivery of similar projects
- Assign resources to support and manage the relationship with CRS throughout the system and services contracting period
- Provide necessary trainings that enable CRS team to configure, operate, and maintain the Privacy Management System
- System functionalities:
- Automation of the Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) process
- Automation of the Privacy Rights (Data Subject Access Rights- DSAR) process
- Self-service portal, for data subjects to exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, notification, data portability, objection, and not be subject to profiling; and respond to data subject requests
- Mapping of the Personal Identifiable Information (PII) across CRS’ systems
- Including the ability to create data maps
- Third Party Risk Management for Security and Privacy
- Cookie Consent Management and Monitoring
- Templates for PIA, DSAR, third party risk and privacy management processes
- Incident Risk Assessment and Breach Response
- News, updates and advisory information on Data Privacy and Protection regulations around the world
- Ability to create GDPR compliant Article 30 reports
- Ability to create custom reports
- Ability to integrate with Microsoft Power BI
- Ability to integrate with Azure Active Directory (AAD) Single Sign On (SSO)
