[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide law enforcement field mobile services.
- Must support handheld devices that include tablets and smartphones with functionality Other than radio transmissions
- Must support GPS tracking, which should be automatically updated
- Should support multiple GIS map systems including Esri and Bing
- Applications must handle switching between networks without interruption, for Example Wi-Fi network to 4G network
- Must work on iOS version 13.0 (or newer), 32 GB capacity (or larger) or Android version 8.0 (or newer) with 32 GB capacity (or larger)
- Mobility solution must be deployable in a secure cloud-based service to route Data between device and agency
- Ability to secure the application with a login, including a username and password
- Ability to login to the application using a fingerprint after successfully Authenticating the device
- Ability to receive a dispatched call and display associated call information
- Handheld app must adhere to CAD system permissions in regards to access to Information or status changes
- Ability to change status for authorized users
- Ability to provide GPS based location information to CAD so that the location can be Plotted on the CAD map
- Ability to allow multiple handheld devices to be associated with the same unit or vehicle
- Ability to show turn-by-turn directions for route between current location and destination
- When displaying apparatus and units on the map, the unit number, estimated time of arrival and speed indication capabilities using color coded icons must be visible
- Ability to use swipe action to pan the map in any direction
- Ability to use the same data from map layers which are used in CAD
- Ability for user to show and hide individual map layers
- Ability to filter which type of units are displayed on map
- Ability to automatically update the route on map if vehicle drives off the route
- Ability to show users who are online and who can receive a chat message
- Ability to manually create a chat group for my unit
