[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide mass communication, command and safety solution to secure a mass communication, command and safety solution (MCCSS) that allows college and all stakeholders to communicate and coordinate response and safety resources during a critical incident and in day-to-day operations.
- Be a single software package.
- Mobile apps must allow for collage and police department branding.
- The desktop user interface for PD personal.
- The mobile device app for PD personnel
- The mobile device app for community
- The map display shall support display of floor high rise buildings with a manual level selector and automatic display of an alerters floor plan in the console.
- The text portion of the mass communication system must support opt out user groups where users are automatically uploaded from the collage database and the recipient can choose to opt out
- Cloud based service that supports access securely via dedicated mobile applications and up to date web browsers on workstation laptop, and mobile devices.
- Cloud server must be hosted ion a network of standards compliant united states data centers.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2022
(3) The contract period will be for five years.
(4) Pre-bid meeting will be held on December 14, 2022
