(1) Vendor needs to provide work and asset management system.
- The solution meets the requirement as is, Out-of-the-Box functionality with no configuration or custom programming and coding.
- With Configuration: The solution can meet the requirement by arranging the functional parameters that are already inherent in the product - and not by changing the product’s source code so that it functions in a way that meets the specific business needs.
- With Custom Programming: The solution can meet the requirements only by modifying the product’s source code (changing or adding new code) to enable it to do what it was not originally able to do.
- Future Release: The current version of the solution cannot meet the requirement Out-of-the-Box or with configuration but will be able to with a scheduled, future release of the product. Please input time frame (2022, 2023, or beyond 2023) in Comments field.
- Cannot Meet: This product cannot meet the requirement Out-of-the-Box, With Configuration, With Custom Programming and there is not an anticipated ability meet the requirement with a Future Release.
- Solution will be expected to meet all functional and technical requirements out-of-the-box or with standard software configuration. During this phase, any configuration of the product to meet the specification of the agency functional and technical requirements will be identified and implemented by the Proposer.
