[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based film locations database and project management services and solution to the government authority located in Austin, TX.
- Provide and securely host web-based database services that allow agency and, where indicated, the general public to upload, store, maintain, market, and report on filming location entries, including photograph and video media; location contacts; details for media production projects; media production contacts; cast and crew personnel information; and media production industry organization information and resources.
• Store and organize digital photographs for individual locations and sub-locations to be used as a marketing tool to showcase prospect production destinations;
• Build customizable packages with multiple location options for productions with potential for business in county;
• Add location records at a rate and in a number that is commensurate with both agency’s prior activity and future industry growth during the contract term;
• Build and send an unlimited number of location packages;
• Provide web-based location browsing features that are available to the general public; and
• Allow the general public to upload location images.
• Add project records at a rate and in a number that is commensurate with both agency’s prior activity and future industry growth during the contract term;
• Store and organize project records to be used as a shared resource amongst agency staff to maintain professional correspondence with a variety of film, television, commercial, video game, AR/VR/XR, and animation projects; and
• Include correspondence notes and file attachments.
• Add directory listings at a rate and in a number that is commensurate with both agency’s prior activity and future industry growth during the contract term;
• Store and organize statewide listings to be used as a shared resource amongst agency staff and affiliates to market crew personnel, media production industry vendors, media production industry organizational resources, and overall media production industry infrastructure;
• Provide web-based directory browsing features that are available to the general public;
• Include correspondence notes and file attachments as part of the directory listing; and
• Allow the general public to generate directory listings.
