[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide translation and facilitation services to translate the family matters program four-part booklet into three languages and implement the program in four.
- To translate the booklet and pre and post surveys into Khmer, Hmong and Creole and have the capacity to teach the program to up to 30 unique adults in Khmer, Hmong, Creole, and Portuguese.
• Translate program materials from English to Khmer, English to Hmong, and English to Creole.
• Facilitate re-design of the layout and printing of booklets in the above languages.
• Obtain a maximum of 30 unique adults who are the guardians, coaches, mentors, or clergy of youth aged 12-17 years for each of the four classes (Khmer, Hmong, Portuguese, and Creole).
• Implement the family matters classes once a week for 5 weeks to participants in the languages of Khmer, Hmong, Portuguese, and Creole.
• Coordinate and communicate regularly with the program manager.
• A pre-survey must be administered during the orientation session and attendance must be taken at the beginning of the orientation and the four sessions. After administering the fourth session the post-survey must be completed by each attendee. All this data must be submitted the day it is administered.
