(1) Vendor needs to provide professional workflow and EForm integration services relating to records digitization using FileBound.
- To provide FileBound EForms (version 7.2.7 or greater) and workflow for automation of new employee onboarding, student registration, payroll, accounts payable and purchase order processes, etc.
- To streamline business processes, reduce dependence on paper forms, route documents automatically on predetermined routes to appropriate staff (workflow) and track the status of those document(s) progress to improve business turnaround times.

• Allow for the electronic storage of documents with easy indexed retrieval
• Route documents automatically on predetermined routes to appropriate staff (workflow)
• Track the status of the document(s) progress.
- This solution must be able to be applied consistently to all school districts and municipalities and their associated departments, offer appropriate security controls to ensure information confidentiality, enable the ability to track status of pending forms routing, and offer the ability to share information across individual school district and municipality business units if needed.
(2) Contract term will be one year.
