(1) Vendor needs to provide permitting and licensing software that managing and retrieving electronic records, include mobility, streamline and increase efficiency of workflow, with a web portal for online application submittal, payments, scheduling of inspections, electronic document search.
- A citizen friendly interface, which provides information and services to customers anytime from any tablet or smart phone.
- Integration with GIS for property mapping.
- Financial Management Systems that integrate with MUNIS, Tyler Cashiering and Pay Guardian.
- Integrates with Laserfiche for records management
- Provides an automated business process to increase productivity and streamline the workflow for permitting code enforcement and business tax receipts.
- Ability to prompt end users for required data.
- Easy to search, track and sort information based on reporting needs.
- Ability to access data from any tablet, smartphone, or computer
- Auto generate permit numbers.
- Easily send emails from system to contractors, homeowners, and business owners.
- Letter templates configured with Microsoft Word
- Ability to set inspection order and route inspections.
- Automated messages to contractors or owners ahead of inspector’s arrival
- Search permit information and view attachments from field.
- Ability to upload photos and videos when necessary.
- Web training for updates.
