[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide multi-agency computer aided dispatch and records management system to furnish, deliver, install, configure, implement (including multiple sources of data migration and conversion where required), service, host and maintain a multi-jurisdictional, multi-PSAP, expandable, tightly integrated Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD)/Public Safety Software Solution, Records Management System (RMS), and mobile field reporting software.
- CAD / RMS system will be a multi-jurisdictional multi-agency solution that will provide enhanced information sharing and has the potential to greatly improve the overall effectiveness of each of the individual and collective stakeholders in this project.
- single system is desired to facilitate this for the stakeholders by improving the integration, analysis, and dissemination of information both within and across agencies.
(2) Additional Payment of $5 will be required to pay to obtain the Main RFP document (Apart from RFPMart charges). This notice only refers to contact details of contracting authority.
