(1) Vendor needs to provide development of virtual visitor center using StoryMap or a similar platform that incorporates interactive information, photos and videos.
• Storyboard to guide the vision of the virtual visitor center
• Multimedia utilization including:
o 360-degree rendering of the area
o Up to 5 (five) live action videos of historical geothermal energy use
o Up to 5 (five) text-only informational pop ups about historical geothermal energy use
o Up to5 (five) videos of current geothermal energy use
o Up to 5 (five) text-only informational pop ups about current geothermal energy use
o Up to 5 (five) text-only information pop ups about other areas near the site
• Tour narration
o Both text and audio narration meeting ADA compliance
o Ability to switch between text and audio options
• Tour navigation
o Ability to move between tour stops
o Ability to skip stops
o Ability to add or remove stops as needed
• End user access
o Ability to engage with the virtual tour on multiple devices, including:
- Mobile devices
- Tablets
- Desktops
o Real time access, 24/7, regardless of number of users accessing tour
• Shareability of the tour
o Ability for the tour to be added to third-party search sites
o Ability for the tour to be shared through social media platforms
o Ability for the tour to be embedded on websites using banners and hyperlinks
• Inquiry data capture
o Ability for user to request additional information
o Ability for user to subscribe to FORGE newsletter and announcements
o Ability for users to sign visitor “log”
o Ability for users to leave comments
• Reporting and analytics
o Ability to create multiple admin and monitoring accounts
o Ability to provide a dashboard for analytics, including
- Number of visitors
- Number of unique visitors
- Most visited stop
- Time spent at each stop
- Ability to view visitor’s city, state and country
o Ability to create customized reports
o Ability to create real-time, year-to-date performance comparison
o Ability to export analytics
