[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile device classroom management solution for classroom teachers with real-time abilities to monitor and control student sessions on a variety of devices including Chromebooks, iPads, and both Windows 10 and MacOS computers.
● Real-time access to student activity in the active and background windows or tabs on the district managed device
● Ability to record and capture what’s occurring on student devices
● Ability for teacher to annotate on a student’s screen
● Ability for a teacher to control a student’s device
● Ability to lock, unlock and enable, disable screens and devices on one or more student devices (Individual student, multiple students, entire class)
● Ability to force-open or push resources to student devices (website, for example) and lock student access to the teacher-pushed resource
● Ability to close or disable unapproved resources on the student’s device
● Ability to add manual blocks for non-instructional websites
● Ability to communicate with one or more students
● Ability to receive automated notifications alerting teacher of one or more issues with student usage
● Ability for students to share their screens with the teacher and with other students with teacher’s approval
● Ability for the teacher to customize their monitoring dashboard with real-time analytics
● Ability to monitor and control students in both remote and F2F learning environments
● Ability to function on Chrome OS and Windows 10 and 11 devices
● Admin controls to override classroom level settings and restrictions
● Ability for the teacher to take control of a student’s device
● Prominent notifications of system diagnostics (low battery, for example) and recommendations (updates, for example)
● SIS integration (Frontline or TEAMS)
● Clever or ID automation or RapidID SSO integration
● Macro-usage analytics to inform ROI
● Training resources, modules, etc. for teachers and admins
● Timely troubleshooting support
● Comprehensive implementation support
