(1) Vendor needs to provide closed captioning system.
• Ability to change captioning and transcribing settings
• Ability to upload media and download caption files or transcripts
• Ability to gather usage reports
• Ability to set up necessary integrations with Canvas
• An accessible interface which meet or exceeds the district’s IT policy
• Meet all local, state and federal requirements necessary for performing these services
- To ensure a seamless delivery of captioned media bidders must be able to produce files available for download.
- System supported languages for following languages:
a. English
b. Spanish
c. French
d. Japanese
e. German
f. Chinese (Mandarin)
- Easy process of submitting videos to the contractor’s website.
- Easy process to download caption file and upload to studio in Canvas.
- Ability to caption videos in foreign language(s).
- Ability to provide audio descriptions for videos.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 8, 2023.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
