[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide automatic vehicle locator (AVL) system.
• Automated vehicle locator (AVL) system hardware and software
• Automated stop annunciation hardware
• Internal and external vehicle camera hardware or software
• Automated passenger counters (APC’s)
• Mobile application and webpage
• Short message service (SMS) (i.e., text) arrival and alert system
- On-Board Diagnostics (OBD-II) ports on trolley vehicles for the purpose of vehicle diagnostics information
- Existing twin vision and Luminator destination signs facing outside of vehicle
- Sunrise internal LED signs inside vehicle for displaying next-stop info, stop requests, and service alerts on existing high-definition displays
- Onboard Samsung LCD monitor signs inside vehicle
- AVL system hardware shall include Mobile Data Terminals for vehicle operator login and AVL dispatch.
- AVL system hardware shall include a transit center LCD monitor to replace the existing monitor that is currently installed.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 31, 2023.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
