[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide multi-tiered systems of supports.
- Providing system software and related expertise in the implementation, training, and support of multi-tiered systems of supports solutions for public school districts.
- Universal Screening three times a year
-  Tier 1 data-based decision-making: adjustment of core instruction and universal systems
- Tier 2/3 data-based decision-making: creation and implementation of intervention plans
- Alignment of level of student support to level of student need
- Focus on growth for every student, including those already receiving 504, gifted and talented, dyslexia, bilingual and special education services
- Establishing baseline and target scores utilizing curriculum-based measures or other progress monitoring methodologies (rubrics, frequency data, latency recording, etc.)
- Regular, scheduled review of progress monitoring data and adjustment to intervention plans
- Provide the requirements contained herein including acquisition, installation and support. proposer shall demonstrate financial stability, a high level of support through the release of application updates, new features, and program fixes, as well as the ability to provide training and support for meeting district needs and state and federal reporting requirements.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 27, 2023
(3) The contract will be three years.
