Vendor needs to provide cross connection control database solution.
- Maintains a database of approximately 4,040 backflow prevention assemblies for cross-connection control. Every year, approximately 100-200 new assemblies are added to the inventory.
- An online portal solution, which has been successfully operational for five years or more, implemented with clients having similar volumes to the Village. The users of the online portal include: customers, testers, and the Village
- Accessible through an online portal, and exportable to csv or spreadsheet file format.
- Provide a customer or contractor or Village friendly intuitive web portal
- Provide a unique dashboard for device review
- Provide database access for review by Village staff
- Allow Village staff to download an editable excel spreadsheet of data
- Provide a customer service phone number for support
- Provide real time data
- Provide Pass or Fail or Received data
- Mail 2 letters reminding customers of the due date
- Have a unique customer identification number to review all results
- Provide a color-coding system to identify levels of compliance
