- Customer data base for end user information.
- Email which triggers ticket creation.
- NEAD to pull customer data into the solution.
- Robust dashboards or metrics, including: Time to respond, time to resolve, trending towards KPI’s, open tickets, total cost to support a user, total cost to support a service and other core performance metrics.
- Ability to initially deploy the solution to current stakeholders (e.g., ITS and DIT (distributed information technology) and other key partners), with the ability to expand usage to other key campuses and stakeholders, departments and other functionality or features in the future.
