(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated eligibility system to gain relevant information and assess the marketplace capabilities and experience regarding system, or systems, that utilizes an efficient single point of entry and seamless eligibility processing.
- Understand the number of programs managed by the solution in other states and the scope of management
- Understand various strategies for delivering a premium mobile user experience
- solution require change management for the state users
- System response time for both online transactions and batch processing
- Solutions that eschew binary blobs in favor of human-readable text-based formats (JSON, yaml) will be looked upon highly favorably
- System and data security considerations including, but not limited to, secure management of personally identifiable information (PII), protected health information (PHI), and other sensitive data and documents
- Ability to interface and integrate with other systems, including pushing and pulling of documents and data
- ability to transition system back to state or to another vendor for ongoing maintenance.
(2) An informational virtual conference will be held on February 2, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2023.
