[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide voice over internet phone telephone system.
- Must be compatible with the County’s current internet provider, Spark light, and compatible with the current network.
- Must integrate with current system of 3-digit internal dialing within the courthouse
- System should have the option to forward voicemail directly to email.
- Ability to integrate with 3rd party mobile phones and devices (mobile app for phones that allows calls to show office number on caller ID)
- Authorized users should be able to change auto attendant messages off-site
- System should have panic button that routes call directly to 911 dispatch
- Ability to utilize Bluetooth or headset desktop units - MS Exchange Integration: Proposed system shall integrate with MS Outlook for voicemail to email.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on January 31, 2023.
