[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide ongoing support and maintenance of the existing unified communications solution.
- Ongoing maintenance of the current system.
- A large hardware install
- Cisco unified communication applications
- Cisco communication licensing
- Cisco unified compute system and VMware.
- Support and maintenance proposal must entitle the Irish prison service and other names parties to all software updates, firmware updates, security patches.
- Provide proactive monitoring of software vulnerabilities announcements related to our infrastructure.
- In addition, for all critical and high software security vulnerability announcements, they require support partner to patch these in a timely manner in line with Irish prisons business requirements.
- Require an annual health check of the unified communications estate which will include any minor software patch remediation works as required to be included as part of the service.  
- Hardware Requirements:
- Voice gateway, UCS server
- Software upgrades, updates, patches, bug fixes and service packs.
- OEM Technical support
- Advice and assistance for the deployment of software or firmware upgrades, updates, patches, bug fixes and service packs, including a quarterly review of the estate to recommend software releases for all equipment covered.
- Help desk: Incident logging, prioritization, and escalation process, incident tracking and fault diagnosis, remote technical assistance to assist with fault isolation, installation, configuration, integration or other issues.
- On-site Support: Break-fix service including replacement part install (location and quantities held) or configure service.
- Call routing platform capable of IVR treatment for inbound and outbound calls.
- Contact center solutions capable of handling 400 – 3000 concurrent calls.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 10, 2023.
