[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide internet-based college and career planning platform that will assist students with recognition of how the skills and knowledge gained during their secondary experience can be applied to their post-secondary success.
● Allow students to build an individualized high school course plan for at least grades 6 - 12.
● Recommend high school courses based on students’ postsecondary goals.
● Enable individual student course completion histories to be imported from our student information system and solution display credits remaining to graduate
● Allow students to research detailed information about career pathways aligned to state and region highest wage or demand careers
● Provide career assessments at developmentally appropriate levels for middle and high school students
● Provide career research within each military branch. Describe the information and filtering options available for specific military careers (e.g., descriptions, wage information, required education).
● Allow students to search for specific careers using a variety of filtering options.
● Allow students to search for local internships, pre-apprenticeships, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities.
● Allow students to create and maintain digital resume with new experiences
● Allow students to create, maintain, and share a digital portfolio.
● Allow for tracking of internships opportunities across multiple years
● Include self-assessments of interest, strengths, personalities, and aptitudes
● Allow students to explore gap year opportunities
● Incorporate graduation rates and financial aid into MATCH algorithm
● Incorporate major or area of study into search capability
● Suggest stronger "match" options based on current list
● Customized state financial aid or university partnerships or etc. for local or specific context
● Customizable algorithm for calculating match, reach or safety
● Customizable program for college representative school visits
● Integrate with the Common Application
● Digitally transfer of records to universities
● Use match, reach, safety language for students to quickly evaluate their college lists
● Create scatterplots with historic data of applications, results, and decisions
● Manage decisions from universities
● Request and manage letters of recommendation within the platform with the ability to handle recommendations from internal and external recommenders
● Scholarship search connected to a national database and capability to host local scholarship opportunities
● Ability to track scholarship applications and awards
● Ability to track financial aid awards with details of the financial aid package included
● Allow a student to compare financial aid awards and include state aid, scholarships awarded, etc.
● Provide students with an estimated net cost calculation for specific colleges based upon personalized financial data.
● Provides financial literacy learning opportunities
● Includes employer database for high school and post high school employment opportunities
● Tracking of employment applications
● Ability to track post- high school employment and salary
● Connects to LinkedIn
● Ability to track industry credentials
● Includes database of internship opportunities
