[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal financial system solution and implementation services a municipal financial system solution and related implementation services.
- Solution should support the following core functions:
1. General Ledger
2. Budgeting
3. Procurement
4. Accounts Payable
5. Accounts Receivable and Miscellaneous Billing
6. Capital Assets
7. Projects and Grants Accounting
8. ACFR Reporting
- Consolidate information, link processes and functions, and eliminate the need for separate departmental spreadsheets and databases in favor of a single system that integrates the city’s financial and non-financial applications through a common platform.
- Streamline business processes to take advantage of best practices through automation, integration, and workflows.
- Provide a user-friendly and intuitive user interface to promote system use and productivity.
- Eliminate the need for redundant data entry.
- Eliminate the need for manual input when preparing the annual budget and financial statements.
- Improve and provide necessary reports and reporting capabilities, and access to data through inquiry or drilldown capabilities.
- Provide automated interface capabilities with third-party systems
- Implement a cloud-hosted platform that is based on the Software as a Service (SaaS) module to take advantage of a continuous update model eliminating the need for the city to undertake large scale upgrade projects.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 24, 2023
(3) Non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on February 8, 2023
