(1) Vendor needs to provide recruitment and admissions CRM should be the most effective and comprehensive system that will serve the requirements of prospects, applicants, students, and administrative staff.
- legacy CRM and application systems to attract prospective students, send communications, collect data, and administratively manage the application cycle
- Ability to take payment
- Customizable but built for higher education
- Portal based so students could login and see next steps and status
- Ability for special programs (Nursing, etc.) to have a specific application that is launched on specific days and times.  
- Login feature to create a college application, and to come back and see status and next steps.
- Automated email campaigns that can be run using data from the application or from Banner.  
- Event scheduling features that include the ability to have a capacity for multiple events and locations.
- Ability to manually enter information from a recruitment event.
- Ability to receive data from Moodle or other LMS systems
- system will share data with Moodle, the campus learning management system
- system will share data with Watermark Student Success and Engagement, the student advising and early intervention alert system
- Upgrade release schedule and methodology
- Services to help design new reports, and to adapting and updating existing reports.
