Vendor needs to provide electronic medical records solution.
- The system must manage various aspects of student confidential medical records, including: scheduling, attendance tracking, report generating, documentation and storage and communication. The system should also provide staff and clinical administrators the ability to effectively manage, track and assess client records and coordinate client care within the department and with other outside providers.
- Provide reliable and compatible integration with systems.
- Customizable calendar view of schedules. The ability to view multiple days for an individual staff member, select multiple or all active staff members and ability to modify calendar view parameters (i.e. increments of time, number of hours viewed, hide weekends).
- Comments in notes section between staff that are not associated with final, signed, document.
- Ability to restrict specific staff or users access to certain client user information (client and therapist know each other).
- Ability to create and manage group interests or sign up lists, with ability to transfer lists to specific appointment codes group, outreach, etc.
- Management lists for incoming clients, call lists and other customized lists.
- Customizable scheduling parameters, by staff, for clients booking appointments online.
