[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide supply of electronic system for the management of temporary traffic management and asset management.
- The system should provide for a cloud based electronic management system accessible and compatible with mobile devices on various operating systems (PC, laptop, tablets and mobile phones).
- The system should provide for the ability to input, upload, store and export all data including reports and attachments.
- The system should provide for the ability for an admin function in the Contracting Authority to input and maintain all system users and define various levels of access.
- The system should provide for the ability to store, upload and download various file types. Including but not limited to video files, .doc, .pdf, workbook, jpeg.
- The system should provide for the ability (with the service provider assistance) to develop specific interactive forms and records. The system should provide for the ability to upload, store, interact, manipulate and view pre-developed forms and plans and risk assessments and policies and documents to the system the system should provide for the ability to archive all recorded data, archived files may be unviewable to selected users but extractable. The system shall retain all deleted documentation for a minimum of 30 days.  The system should provide for the ability to record delivery of information (via user sign) and provide for the ability to export this information. The system should provide for the ability to send notifications to internal and external users.
- The system should provide for the ability to input information to develop organisational specific reporting and recording forms and databases.
- The system should provide for the ability to add and store contemporaneous notes to each temporary traffic management
- The system should provide for the ability (in conjunction with the service provider) to develop specific interactive temporary traffic management related forms and records.
- The system should provide for the ability to upload, store and view pre-developed forms and plans and risk assessments and policies and documents to the system.
- The system should provide for the ability to include the availability of real time dashboard type reporting.
- The system should provide for the ability (with the service provider) to develop specific interactive Asset Management related forms and records.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 6, 2023
