[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide foreshore licence application and dumping.
- The cargo boat servicing the island uses this pier, the cargo boat is engaged to provide supplies to the island 3 times per week but cannot always berth due to tidal conditions and also an accumulation of sand and gravel at this location.
- Dredging is required to deal with an accumulation of sand and gravel adjacent to the pier and to maintain navigable depths to facilitate the berthing of the cargo boat servicing the island at all stages of the tide, throughout the year.
- Complete an application and submit to the foreshore unit for a foreshore licence under the foreshore licence act 1933 as amended, using the prescribed application procedure and the foreshore application guidance note on maps, documents and reports for foreshore lease and licence application.
- Employ any specialist consultants required for the provision of any screening, studies, surveys, sampling, analysis, investigation works, development of hydrodynamic model, tidal current metering, reports, assessments and any other requirement in support of the applications for a foreshore licence and a dumping at sea permit.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 31, 2023
