1. The software must provide the following capabilities:
a. Give our international community and the administrators a portal from which they can communicate with OIA, initiate visa sponsorship requests and applications, and view the information that OIA makes available to them.
b. Simplify visa sponsorship requirements through online checklists
c. Streamline communication through automatic email and SMS text alerts
d. Provide integrated online orientation and workshops to deliver key information on U.S. academic culture and immigration requirements.
e. Build reports tied to international records

i. Campus Solutions
ii. PeopleSoft HCM
iii. Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS)
2. Implementation Services
a. Database and application setup, integration of institutional user authentication, and the setup of the data feed from institutional systems into software
b. On-site visit or remote go-live support
c. End user training
3. Data Conversion
a. Conversion that brings data, documents, and notes into software from ISSM
b. Custom data conversion from PeopleSoft HCM and Campus Solutions
