Vendor needs to provide risk management information system to replace a MS Visual FoxPro database that has reached the end of its functional lifecycle.
- Reduce the cost of risk by providing efficient means to document, store, retrieve and easily analyse claims data, track incidents, evaluate risks and exposures
- provide secure and reliable access, integrate risk management and claims functions to improve the efficiency and quality of our analysis
- Minimise the number of manual systems in place to streamline processing and maintain data integrity
- Hosted Services with data loaded (verified and validated) – this would require an estimate of City resources needed to assist with the implementation
- Platform will be free from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, ransomware, spyware, adware and other malicious software programs.
