[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based work and asset management system to manage infrastructure assets, customer service requests, work orders, preventative maintenance, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
- application is web based, it must be browser agnostic and work with all internet browsers, including mobile browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Android, and iOS).
- Application must not use local accounts or hard coded config files
- Ability to provide role-based security and functionality for technicians, management, and other types of end users, as necessary
- Use of outdated and unsupported operating systems or third-party software (i.e., Java, Adobe, browser plugins, etc.) is strictly prohibited
- Prior notification is needed before new releases, updates, and patches are applied to the application software/servers
- application must use complex passwords for any logon account.
- Application must have an integrated module for defining custom assets attributes register and condition assessment
- Ability to import external data sets and update system tables on demand, and automated processing.
- Ability to create, name, and load queries, Query builder user interface.
- Ability to export comma delimited text data.
- Ability to view dashboards as primary web application user interface.
- Ability to use views and grids: Control how records within each module are structured; control what levels of data are displayed
- Ability to add and import users; create groups and assign users.
- Ability to assign work classification and asset hierarchies
- Ability to send notifications to users and stakeholders via email, text, or report-to-printer
- Ability to run reports by date range and combinations of other parameters.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 4, 2023.
