- Software As A Service Adaptive Learning Platform to deliver a personalized learning experience.
- The platform should enable adaptive learning delivery as well as the ability to create adaptive course curriculum. Integration into Workday to synchronize a user's profile on learning progress is mandatory.
- The SaaS Solution should provide the ability to:
• Use AI and machine learning to assess and adapt learning paths and content based on the learner’s demonstrated knowledge and competency
• Deliver unique learning plans based on the learner’s current knowledge and gaps
• Author content and assessments directly in the tool
• Import content created in other authoring tools and convert to adaptive
• Push bite-sized learning as reinforcement one training is complete
• Create cohorts that can learn and participate in learning together
- Configuration/Adaptive Learning Creation
• Assist designing in an Adaptive manner
• Knowledge Transfer of adaptive learning approach
• Assist with curriculum design as it relates to the SaaS tool
• Assist in the plan to fully implement the tool across all curriculums
- IT Implementation/Integration
• Support Single Sign on including Azure AD
• Workday Integration
- On Going Support
• Support for the SaaS tool
• Support for Integrations to Workday and other 3rd party tools
