[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide threat intelligence software that will enhance our ability to protect our staff and facilities.
- Enhanced security intelligence and protection of judges, magistrates, and employees during non-business hours
- Monitoring and removing threatening content that is used to target judges, magistrates, and employees on the Internet and on social media
- Deleting personal information about the judge, magistrate, and employee from people- search websites once a threat is detected.
- Provide greater security intelligence on high-risk matters and trials, where judges, magistrates, and employees become targets of direct and indirect threats and harassment.
- Improve the gathering and dissemination of security-related threats and information to judges, magistrates, and employees who are directly or indirectly targeted
- Monitor high-profile matters for potential civil unrest and violence directed at a judge, magistrate, employee, or a Judicial Branch facility.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 24, 2023.
