[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency communications system to the government authority located in Tucson, AZ.
- Provide technical, strategic and operational directives designed to increase efficiencies in effectively notifying agency community members of incidents at or around college premises as well as communicating statuses as needed.
- Include integration between technology and procedural security risk mitigation standards to be applied to new and existing business functions, systems, platforms and their facilities as well as a comprehensive, long-term strategy for an integrated security communication philosophy for the College.
● Identify existing emergency communication security measures and systems currently in place and evaluate them in relationship to the College’s Security Master Plan and Emergency Communication Plan.
● Identify major security communication risks and how Proposer’s recommendations will solve the issues
● Assess the extent to which existing systems are implemented and integrated
● Examine the extent of the impact and effectiveness across the District, identifying gaps
● Evaluate factors affecting and/or necessary for a successful implementation
● Evaluate the effectiveness of an integrated emergency communication systems in terms of the benefits of implementation
● Examine the challenges associated with the implementation of integrated emergency communication systems
● Formulate a best practice process to be followed in the implementation
● Identify potential solutions related to solving gaps within existing system
● Formulate recommendations for an effective implementation
● Formulate recommendations, priorities, and budgets for the effective implementation of integrated emergency communication security systems
● Recommend which security measures and systems need to be integrated or replaced to optimize functionality
● Identify any technological or personnel impediments to implementation and on-going maintenance and systems sustainability and provide recommendations
(2) A pre-submittal conference will be held on March 28, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 29, 2023.
(4) The contract period will be for one year.
