Vendor needs to provide organization transition and alignment support services.
- The contractor shall assist in providing strategic planning, acquisition support, acquisition data support, and project deliverable and tracking review as well as cyber security subject matter expertise with the capabilities to simultaneously assist in managing and coordinating multiple complex projects in support of office of information security program managers and contracting officer representatives (COR) for it services, hardware, and software requirements.
- Provide office of information security strategic planning support and review forward-looking strategies to develop and document alternatives solutions to address technical and schedule challenges
- The contractor shall be required to provide acquisition data support to include collecting, storing, organizing, and maintaining pre-award contract data, documentation and artifacts associated with all contract actions within office of information security
- Data comes from VA IT systems such as  budget tracking tool, forecast of opportunities and requirements center of excellence and other tools/systems/data sources that actively support data and status collection.
