[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide google cloud services reseller services.
- Google requires the use of a reseller for Google Cloud consumption payments. The University must select a reseller to onboard new and existing projects into the billing process.
- Proposer to be familiar with supporting cloud services for tier 1 research universities.
- To provide a basic level of support of Google Cloud to assist in reviewing existing Google cloud organizational foundations and providing recommendations for improvements based on current industry best practices and standards for the duration of the onboarding process.
- To provide individual Google project owners the ability to view accumulated project spend for only projects of which they are an owner through a consolidated online billing portal and it should be able to grant access for select university individuals and administrators to view accumulated spend for all projects in the university’s Google Cloud organization by project, department, billing account or in aggregate.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 29, 2023.
