[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud hosted media management services for media content used by students and educators.
- Hosting media in the “cloud” has made it easier to provide quicker web page load times for our website users and has saved our IT staff from having to manage another server. The current vendor offers analytics on how often media files are played by users.
- This data has provided valuable knowledge about the type of media educators use consistently in the classroom and even provides a peek inside the curriculum at certain times of the year. Our government agency clients also appreciate having quick access to the archives and the ability for the public to download media.
- HTML5 Media Player is required.
- Closed captioning files must remain with video file include closed captioned files with broadcast programming, even programming that has been edited into clips.
- Minimal downtime and disruption of service to users.
- Analytics are required to assign a Google Analytics tracking that made our analytical data collection even stronger by utilizing the power of this popular tool.
- Download capabilities are required to students and educators for educational use.
- Distribution for other video platforms like YouTube
- Drop Folder and FTP capabilities for larger file sizes, if needed
- Bulk uploading using a .csv file
- The Contractor must offer a Drupal module that connects the website to the media management system.
- Must be able to provide a bulk export and import process.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 1, 2023
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
(4) Non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on March 30, 2023
