(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic patient care reporting software for emergency medical services deployment and response system.
- Must have physical, network, and process security measures in place and follow Standards for Privacy
- Integration dispatch software detail the ability to use technologies with their solution.
- ability to track employee schedules, approve overtime shifts, requests off, add extra shifts, etc.
- Respondents with payroll software shall include the details and cost as an option that has the capability to use technologies for payroll purposes
- The ability of utilizing this module in real time tracking of supplies, medications and controlled substances.
- In addition, describe the ability to order supplies from suppliers, i.e. bound tree medical.
- vehicle and equipment checklists.
- Training and personnel management module ability and cost to integrate with academy for certification training, and credits, as well as, tracking of training progress for employees and administration.
- Respondents with billing software shall include the details and cost as an option. Must have the ability to recover as much revenue as possible right from the which are completed with patients at the time of the call.
- Messaging capability built-in to software Describe ability and list cost. Must have a messaging feature integrated into the program. Explain how the messaging feature is integrated into the solution.
- Compatible with multiple operating system platforms, including current Microsoft windows list what operating systems are compatible with the proposed solution and describe how compatibility will be maintained with each operating system.
- Data sharing with hospital data systems data may be shared with Local hospital. Clearly explain how the data transfer is executed, and if a different product and vendor is required to execute the data transfer.
- Software will have a user management tool with the ability to assign roles and permissions to individual users.
