[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide CAD intelligent transportation system.
- To cobblinc integrated intelligent transportation system solution, and to provisions and requirements of the executed contract, the contractor shall, upon receiving the county’s notice to proceed, do all the things necessary to implement, operate, and train cobblinc
- Employ and supervise all personnel.
- Administer training program.
- Undertake an active role in the design, implementation, integration, and testing of the system.
- Solution to keep cobblinc up to date with the latest improvements to technology.
- Operate a customer service center.
- Applications for payment using the county electronic application for payment software system. Applications for payment must include submittals, as required by the county
- Unless there is a dispute about the compensation owed the contractor, the County shall make payments to the Contractor within a reasonable time after receipt of invoices and all required monthly reports.
- The monthly payments shall be based on service performed in the preceding month deemed acceptable to the County.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 4, 2023    
(3) The contract will be two years.
