[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide team awareness kit software development.
- The team awareness kit (TAK) apps run on Android, iOS, Windows, and other computing platforms. TAK was originally developed by the U.S. military and is used by over 150,000 soldiers and federal law enforcement officers to maintain their situational awareness by viewing real-time mapping data including the locations of other app users on smartphones, tablets and computers.
- Contractor will develop mobile software on or related to iTAK. Software development will be for the purposes of optimizing iTAK for use by first responders as part of the COTAK and WFTAK systems, and ensuring the stability and usability of the technology. Software development may include creation of new features and capabilities for iTAK, the optimization of display of existing information, enhanced authentication workflows and general enhancements to improve the stability and performance of the software.
- Contractor will develop mobile software on or related to ATAK-Civ. Software development will be for the purposes of optimizing ATAK for use by first responders as part of the COTAK and WFTAK systems and ensuring the stability and usability of the technology. Software development may include creation of new features and capabilities for ATAK, the optimization of display of existing information, enhanced authentication workflows and general enhancements to improve the stability and performance of the software.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 22, 2023.
