[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide software replacement system.
- This acquisition includes appropriate software and services specified herein that results in the replacement of the current E2 software that is end-of-life and currently unsupported by external vendors
- Also includes the procurement of staff training on the new software, migration of historical data, and storage of data in a cloud environment. The awarded vendor shall provide Operations and Maintenance support for the new system for the balance of the base year after new-system installation, plus up to four one-year additional option years.
- Replace the existing software with an approved software and system that provides all necessary capabilities outlined in the requirements attached hereto.
- Migrate all historical documents to the new software system without assistance from except that will provide appropriate access to the vendor to affect such data transfer from the existing E2 system and associated databases.
- Provide necessary training to on-site staff and district staff who will use the objective system when installation, training, and fielding is completed.
-The offeror should use the information provided in this to propose a specific solution and implementation approach, as well as project management plans specified herein.
-The offeror’s approach should be both cost-efficient and effective in ensuring that business disruption is minimized and adoption by users is maximized.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on March 27, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 6, 2023
