(1) Vendor needs to provide employee recognition and engagement software platform..
- Web-Based Platform
- Ability to tie recognition to core values
- Ability to assign points and value to recognition that can be redeemed by employees
- Ability to give recognition that is not points-based.
- Ability for other users to add points and recognition to other recognition on the platform.
- Ability to establish certain types of auto-recognition (i.e. work anniversary)
- Ease of use for end-user (employee) and management.
- Ability to report on trends in recognition.
- Ability to set expiration on points available to give.
- Providers ability to show demonstrated shift in employee engagement (lower turnover, higher productivity) measures through client base.
- Ability for management to view team recognition downstream.
- Ease of administration for HR and Management.
- Ability to provide required information on the taxation of rewards redeemed, when applicable.  
- Type and Catalog of rewards available to employees.
- Ability to add to rewards or personalize reward choices.  
- Ease of redemption of rewards for employees.
- Ability to hide value of points awarded from employee view.
- The Account Management team, and evidence of support through implementation and ongoing idea generation to aide in gaining maximum.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 24, 2023
(3) The contract will be three years.
