Vendor needs to provide software consultant services in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- To develop artificial intelligence, deep learning, natural language programming and data analysis visuals.
- To help us improve various business outcomes and drive innovation. The supplier will work alongside our multidisciplinary team, helping to shape our AI strategy and showcasing the potential for AI through early-stage platform solutions.
- Manage and direct research and development (R&D) with processes to meet the needs of agency’s strategy.
- Can understand agency’s aims, build cloud technologies, and how integrating AI capabilities can help create platform solutions for our client challenges under SaaS models.
- Analyse and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions while setting and maintaining high ethical standards.
- Ability to work with teams in front-end design and building on existing deep learning architecture
- Advise on a broad range of technology, strategy, and policy issues associated with AI.
- Demonstrable ability in functional design, process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, working with advanced engineering teams and executive leadership.
- Demonstrable ability in ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, NLP, Neo4J, C++, or equivalents.
- Must know program leadership, governance, and change enablement.
- Must know about REST API development, NoSQL design, RDBMS design and optimisations, or equivalents.
- Must have data visualisation programming.
- Demonstrable ability in building SaaS model systems in AI/ML for commercial scaleup.
- Demonstratable front-end design and implementation.
- Demonstrable ability in STEM projects using AI/ML techniques
