[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide unify telephony system maintenance and support service.
- Must provide at least 3-years of call detail records with the ability to search real time call data
- ability to export reports in Excel format
- ability to search station data contained within the 4K phone switch to include station names, route information, display name, department, PEN, IP address, Registration IP, Public name and number as well as LIN information with the ability to export reports to Excel format.
- Web-based Reporting and Problem Tracking for all Service Requests.
- System software shall be backed-up by the vendor every quarter and the database once every 30 days or prior to and after a change.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on April 11, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 4, 2023.
