Vendor needs to provide online tutoring services and solution to implement a tutoring solution that will provide on-demand, quality academic assistance to every student who has access to the existing learning management system
• On-demand services up to 24-hours a day
• Scheduled and drop-in sessions
• Ability to submit documents and assignments for review
• Individualized instruction
• 24/7 technical support for end users
• Detailed tutorials and guidance on using the service
• Wide range of subjects (including but not limited to: Business, writing, computer science, mathematics
and statistics, nursing and allied health, reading, sciences, foreign languages, etc.)
• Experienced tutors who hold a master’s degree or PhD
• Resources beyond live tutoring such as written instructions, media, infographics, etc.
• Analytics tools for data and reporting
• Ongoing program support
• Option for student to receive text alerts - Students can opt in to receive text messages and email
alerts for reviewed papers, response to offline question and when a pre-scheduled session is ready to start
• Career Services to provide detailed feedback to help craft and polish resumes and cover letters
• Interview Practice sessions that provide real-time video mock interviews and offer immediate
personalized feedback to the job seeker
• Availability on a range of mobile computing devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops
• Provide a delivery and installation schedule after award
• Provide the instructor with a view of dashboard so as to assign tutoring and writing lab assistance for students
