[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide secondary employment management information system.
- Provision of a secondary (off-duty) employment management information system
- Administration of all off-duty police details on behalf of the County including requests for service, scheduling work, invoicing, and collecting payments. Requests for off-duty work and scheduling shall be completed through a secure online platform and a telephone assistance center, developed, and provided by the contractor at its sole cost.
- The system shall operate on a secure online platform that enables clients to request officers and officers to respond to requests for secondary employment work.
- Provide examples or screen shots of the user interface for the County and the client.
- System shall feature a calendar that can be imported to a PC or mobile device to remind officers of upcoming off-duty details.
- Provide examples or screen shots of the user interface for the County and the client.
- Ability to allow officers to clock-in and clock-out of the detail using the system.
- System will be configured so it shall not schedule any off-duty details that would conflict with the Department of Police Services rules and regulations.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
