(1) Vendor needs to provide pavement management solution.
- Data Management: Ability to upload asset, treatment, and condition assessment data, store reference data, integrate with ArcGIS and be compatible with Hansen data. The solution should utilize or support Oracle DBMS
- Customizable Decision Support: Customizable decision trees, treatment matrix, and deterioration curves for tailored decision-making
- Performance and Prediction Modeling: Robust performance and prediction modeling capabilities for future asset condition forecasting.
- Long-term and short-term financial planning: comprehensive financial planning tools for both short-term needs and long-term investments.
Preventative maintenance plan: annual preventative maintenance plan with detailed treatment and cost breakdowns.
- Linear Referencing: ability to handle 30m interval pavement data and convert it into respective road segments (intersection to intersection) for uploading.
- User-Friendly Interface: easy bulk uploading of asset condition and treatment data by end users.
(2) A contract term will be for five years.
