(1) Vendor needs to provide health care quality control auditing software.
- The software shall be a commercially developed and currently available, off-the-shelf Software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution.
- The software shall provide access to and downloading of all regional data on the cloud.
- The software shall incorporate single sign-on or support multi-factor authentication.
- The software shall have the ability to extract, purge or delete all Regional data on the Cloud.
- The software shall be supported by the vendor’s cyber security program to ensure the protection of client information and data.
- The software shall allow users with administrative rights to set user roles and permissions to restrict access to sensitive (as determined by the Region) information.
(2) Vendor have to registered on Issuing Authority website in order to download unwatermarked RFP.
