Vendor needs to provide eTicketing software
- Provides 10 software licenses, 1 per device (tablet), that enables concurrent mobile module user accounts.
- Assign and upload 3 SFS administrator with modification and uploading rights.
- Upload all forms provided by SFS during initial programming with the ability to upload any future forms by administrator
- Install software on devices, ensure functionality.
- Software must include ability for defender to scan driver’s license automatically, which then populates information into form fields, i.e. first/last name, DOB, driver’s license number. Additionally, software must demonstrate ability without possibility of transposition error.
- Software should also give list of additional recommended and required forms needed to accomplish the task.
- At the touch of a button, a citation can be started, with the ability to pick one of the AF or DOD forms needed, regardless of if it being online or offline. Allowing for fields to be auto-populated, with information that can be collected once and then used across multiple fields. With drop-down menus, check boxes, and eSignature capabilities.
- Collect information once and map to multiple digital assets enabling the output of Enforcement Agency Record, Certificate of Offence, Computer Input, Offence Notice and Payment Slip
- Train Security Forces members on the software to be able to use devices to access software to preform electronic ticketing.
- Shall provide a live customer support phone service, available immediately from the date of the launch of the electronic ticketing system, to answer questions and help troubleshoot software
- Data is saved to cloud that upholds security standards to ensure safety and integrity of database records on cloud/server.
- Data is ready for court export (if desired)
- Prepare and submit information electronically for court processing.
