[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmaceutical and medical surgical sales data subscription
- Troop Support is contracting for the licensing of both pharmaceutical sales data and
medical/surgical sales data as well as supporting data, such as product synonym files and packaging
information necessary to maximize the usefulness of the commercial sales data
- The data required by DLA Troop Support shall include manufacturer names, full manufacturer catalog numbers, National Drug Codes (NDCs) for pharmaceuticals, monthly sales by product, monthly sales by product packaging configuration, and any synonyms for the commercial product
- Monthly pharmaceutical commercial sales data shall be provided in units and dollars by product
by packaging and form presentation (prescription (RX) versus Over The Counter (OTC) packaging).
- The data shall include sales of:
- Prescription pharmaceuticals, both branded and generic
- Over the counter pharmaceuticals
- Diagnostic products, usually self-administered
- Pharmaceutical sales data shall include sales made by:
- Independent pharmacies
- Chain drugstores
- Proprietary stores
- Mass merchandisers
- Food stores with pharmacies
- Non-Federal hospitals
- This web-based system is located and provides technology for contractors and authorized personnel to generate, capture, and process receipt and payment related documentation in a paperless environment.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2023.
