[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide third grade literacy screener system that is easy for teachers to administer; provides valid and reliable results for students with clear, actionable data; and reflects up-to-date research on how students learn to read.
- Providing integrated and aligned diagnostic assessments for students, as appropriate
- Provide a reporting system that identifies areas of risk for reading deficit after each administration
- Providing a single report to inform each student’s independent reading plan based on screener data for use by educators and families
- Streamlining data collection and reporting to drive student supports
- system that also includes Diagnostic assessments that may be administered to students who were identified as at risk by the screener
- system must support the export of any report to JSON via RESTful web services without developer involvement
- system must have the ability to batch print reports, allow advanced filtering, and set customized printouts.
- system must provide score reporting for multiple key audiences
- system must provide a searchable log of every student record viewed, including the above information.
- system should stress consistency across all the different modules so that the business process is easy to learn and understand.
- system must be browser and operating system neutral for all user types.
- system must function accurately on common modern browsers such as, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari.
- system must not require additional browser plug-ins, add-ons, or helper applications.
- system must be able to assign controls for multiple users via workgroup/roles.
- system must allow access levels to be custom defined.
(2) A bidder conference will be held on September 19, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2023.
