[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide total trust risk platform with managed solution.
- Provide daily risk loading, processing and simulation on the entire agency portfolio based on daily feeds from custodian bank in order to estimate value-at-risk and other risk measures
- Include access to application for access reports on simulations and risk metrics, managed services to support daily processing and client queries, and associated market data needed for simulation
- Application:
- Holdings and portfolio composition and decomposition based on security, accounting and rules-based characteristics
- Ability to compare portfolios vs. benchmarks on standalone and blended bases
- Ability to extract reports, data and simulation data into Excel, CSV or similar file formats via graphical user interface, application programming interface
- Managed Services –contractor will be responsible for management of entire application lifecycle:
- Daily processing and simulation of total TRS portfolio, benchmarks, and look through on commingled vehicles as available
- Producing reconciliations, investigating data quality issues, and creating appropriate solutions as agreed to with client
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2023.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 4, 2023.
(4) The contract period will be for one year.
