[*] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide global positioning and vehicle fleet management system.  
- To provide hardware and software solutions and support for the product.
- The successful company shall have the requisite experience and be capable of providing a Fleet Management System (FMS) that would enable the City to improve and maintain vehicle operating efficiencies and increase overall vehicle health.
- The system should have Global Positioning System (GPS); also known as Automatic Vehicle Locator (AVL) technology and must be the capacity of evaluating vehicle diagnostics and vehicle health that directly impact the vehicles lifecycle.
- This technology shall include expanding the system to other agencies within the City. The desired system features are to include (AVL) Fleet Tracking, Health Management and Emissions reduction.
- Vendor will provide to the City, all necessary supervision, service, equipment, installation, and training as requested and to support the proper use and monitoring capability’s so that the end user capture all data required to effectively maintain the designated fleet.
- A Qualified Company capable of providing the work described immediately below.
The primary focus of this project is to equip all City-owned vehicles with a Global Positioning System (GPS) telematics device.
